I have been getting many emails every day about the problems they are facing regarding controlling their mind from eating all the junk.
They are finding it hard to lose fat and become better versions of themselves!
Losing fat may be very hard for some people because they totally leave it to chance because of their bad habits.
So here as always I want to help you lose fat and help you be in great shape.
I have faced this problem myself and I have fallen off the wagon many times.
However, I have got up because I wanted to change so bad that I started discovering and learning different tricks to curb hunger.
Though it took time and lot of trial and error to understand my physiology and how can I use it to trigger it to lose fat.
From my experiences I have found the 7 best ways to lose fat easily by curbing your hunger:
1) Eat more protein throughout the day:
Going on a bit high protein diet not only will help you preserve muscle but also curb hunger.
The simple reason is protein is more molecularly dense than carbs and fats so it’s hard to break down fast.
You might have noticed yourself that after you eat eggs or meat you tend to eat less for hours long.
This is simply because the protein present in the food is yet to be digested and given to cells to grow.
This doesn’t mean that you can drink protein shakes all day and eat nothing.
It is opposite of what you think.
If you drink protein shakes then you will feel even more hungry.
The reason is that protein shakes consist of fast digesting whey protein only that get into your blood stream within minutes.
So I recommend you to have a mixture of both whey protein and whole food protein sources to help you lose fat.
2) Eat whole foods throughout the day:
Eating foods like fruits, vegetables and other foods consisting of complex cabs and good fat sources is the key to curbing hunger.
Whole foods contain other vitamins and minerals that will help you improve overall health and help you lose fat.
90% of your diet should only consist of whole foods so that they keep you fuller throughout the day.
And at night you can enjoy 10% of junk you like so that you remain satiated throughout the night.
3) Eat a heavy breakfast consisting of complex carbs:
Firstly eating breakfast is the best thing you can do to give a good start to your body so that you are high in energy.
And on top of that if you eat breakfast full of complex carbs you will remain full for about 4-5 hours straight.
Don’t take my word on it just try it yourself and see the results by curbing your hunger and lose fat.
4) Stop hanging around the friends that eat junk and invite you to eat it:
If you want to stick to your goals and achieve them then stop going out with your friends every day.
I am not telling you to leave them but explain your goals to them and encourage them to help you.
You can have your friends to eat clean with you whenever you feel hungry.
They will automatically either change their diet or stop hanging around you.
Both the above things will help you in long run.
5) Drink at least a gallon of water every single day:
Now, this might seem silly to you however if you do it consistently you will reap all the benefits.
Drinking water throughout the day not only keeps you hydrated but helps you by filling your stomach for longer durations.
Don’t get carried away of drinking other beverages like cold drinks thinking they will keep you full.
No this won’t happen!
If you drink soda or cold drinks they will give you empty calories and will cause your brain to release dopamine and make you even more hungry!
6) Drink a cup of black coffee:
Drinking coffee directly helps you to curb hunger as it contains caffeine.
Caffeine directs your attention towards something else more important.
Don’t drink more than 3 cups a day as it will increase cortisol levels which will have opposite effects.
Black coffee also helps you by increasing your metabolism that helps you lose fat, however not that much that people claim.
Remember that if you combine all the things then only it will produce massive results if you only do a thing or two and expect to lose fat easily then you need to get information through a correct person.
7) Divide your daily food intake into 5-6 meals:
While you might have heard that eating 5-6 meals a day increases your metabolic rate and helps you lose fat faster.
Well, this is not true but this definitely helps you keep away from junk food that everyone craves throughout the day.
If you distribute the food intake in 5-6 meals then you will have a constant supply of energy and you will remain satisfied.
